EVAMELE SWIMWEAR POLICY

EXCHANGES

We want you to absolutely love your Evamele Swimwear piece. We happily offer exchanges for store credit only. On a case to case basis we are not obgliated to accept a return or exchange.
    •    A $6 processing fee applies to all exchanges and will be deducted from your store credit once approved.
    •    Exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of your order’s delivery date. After 7 days, exchanges will not be accepted.
    •    Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any price differences on exchanged items.
    •    If approved, your return must be shipped back within 7 days of acceptance.
    •    Items must be in original condition:
    •    Hygienic liner in place and not removed
    •    Free of deodorant, makeup, or other marks
    •    Tags attached
    •    Not worn (beyond trying on with undergarments), washed, stained, snagged, or damaged
    •    Free of smoke or strong odors
    •    ⚠️ Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange. All items on sale are considered Final Sale — no exceptions.

Please allow up to 15 business days for our team to review and process your exchange request.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send you a replacement or provide store credit.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds or cancellations, as most items are created during pre-order windows and manufacturing cannot be changed once confirmed.

Refunds are only issued if:
    •    The item is no longer available due to an inventory error (in this case, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method).

In certain cases, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
    •    Pre-sale items: 3–5 weeks processing time (business days).
    •    Ready-to-ship items: ship within 2–4 business days.

Please note:
    •    Evamele Swimwear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to USPS. Claims must be filed directly with USPS.
    •    We are not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect addresses. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    •    Delivery windows are displayed at checkout on the official Evamele Swimwear website. Third-party apps (Shop, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook) may not show accurate delivery windows.
